Role Description

This is an on-site internship position for a Graduate Trainee located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Graduate Trainee will be involved in day-to-day activities across various departments, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to experiential marketing and creative solutions. Responsibilities include assisting teams with project planning, execution, research, content creation, and supporting client engagement initiatives. The role is designed to provide a platform for learning, professional development, and acquiring skills to excel in the marketing and creative solutions industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in marketing, advertising, or creative solutions
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant tools
  • Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Familiarity with experiential marketing concepts and event planning is a plus
