Role Description

This is a full-time onsite position for a Real Estate Surveyor. The Real Estate Surveyor will be responsible for property assessment, market analysis, valuation, and negotiating real estate deals. The role also involves conducting site inspections, managing client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing detailed reports. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of the daily routine.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property assessment, valuation, and market analysis
  • Strong skills in negotiation, client communication, and relationship building
  • Ability to prepare detailed, accurate survey reports and documentation
  • Knowledge of property regulations, compliance standards, and market trends
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software for property management and analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field
  • Field experience in real estate surveying or a related field is a plus
