Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Ikeja. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate team activities, and ensure the achievement of set targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

  • Experience in property marketing, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in report writing and the use of relevant business tools
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property industry is an added advantage
