experienced Zoho CRM professional/consultant
for a
one-time implementation project
for a Real Estate company based in
Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria
.
Project Scope
We require a full end-to-end Zoho CRM setup, including:
Implementation of Zoho CRM tailored to a real estate business workflow
Importing and migration of all existing customer, lead, and sales data into Zoho CRM
Training for six (6) staff members on how to use Zoho CRM efficiently
Submission of a detailed implementation and training plan via email
Submission of the last two (2) Zoho CRM projects you have successfully completed

What the Training Should Cover
Your training plan must include (but is not limited to):
* CRM Introduction & Navigation
* Lead & Contact Management
* Deal/Pipeline Management
* Workflow Automation
* Email Integration
* Data Management & Reporting
* Role-based Access & User Setup
* Real estate–specific customizations (property listings, client pipeline, follow-up reminders, etc.)
This should cover:
* Consultation and requirements gathering
* CRM customization
* Data import
* Staff training (6 staff)
* Post-implementation support (2–4 weeks)
