We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our brand, growth, and communication strategies. This role is for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

As Head of Marketing, you will define how our brand is perceived in the market, own the full marketing funnel, and build a high-performing team that consistently delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all customer touchpoints.

  2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

  3. Drive user acquisition and retention through digital, content, performance, and partnership marketing.

  4. Use analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI across channels.

  5. Oversee marketing budgets, forecast performance, and report results to leadership.

  6. Build and mentor a marketing team that thrives on creativity, accountability, and innovation.

  7. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to align marketing with business priorities.

  8. Represent the brand externally — crafting thought leadership content and managing PR initiatives.

  9. Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  1. 9+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 in a leadership role - ideally within fintech, digital finance, or tech start-ups.

  2. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.

  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, and communications.

  4. Analytical and creative mindset; ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.

  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  6. Experience managing marketing budgets and working cross-functionally with product and sales teams.

  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
