Role Description

SmartCity Plc is seeking a full-time, hybrid Head of Marketing to lead its marketing initiatives at its Lagos location. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing branding efforts, and overseeing campaigns to enhance public engagement. The Head of Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and allocate resources effectively. As a senior role, this position includes driving innovation, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Strategic Marketing, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Social Media Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Measurement
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through marketing efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in real estate or infrastructure industries is an advantage
