Job Summary

The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth for the company. He / She will be expected to effectively utilize data and adhere to company policies to optimize sales performance. The role will involve continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products, services, and brand guidelines.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable shopping experience for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, and improving customer retention.
  • Promote brand and product awareness/loyalty by gaining and utilising a comprehensive understanding of brand knowledge and technical knowledge of the products.
  • Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with set guidelines
  • Drive sales to achieve set financial and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry.
