We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of dishes with high quality and consistency, following recipes and health and safety standards. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's recipes and standards

Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

Ensure food is cooked properly and presented attractively

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times

Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control

Handle and store ingredients and food items properly

Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow direction from senior chefs

Assist in menu planning, food costing, and special event preparation as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment

Familiarity with health and safety kitchen regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
