The SocialMedia Manager will be responsible for managing the brand reputation online andensuring consistent positive engagement. MainDuties:· Develop and implement a comprehensive socialmedia strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brandidentity.· Conduct market research to identify targetaudiences, trends, and competitor activities.· Create a social media calendar to scheduleand manage content across various platforms.· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) andestablish metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.· Stay up -to -date with the latest social mediatrends, technologies, and best practices.· Create engaging and informative content,including text posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each socialmedia platform.· Curate relevant content from external sourcesto share with the company's social media audience.· Manage the company's social media channels,ensuring content is posted consistently and on schedule.· Monitor social media conversations andrespond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professionalmanner.· Collaborate with graphic designers and othercontent creators to produce high -quality visual assets.· Build and maintain relationships withfollowers, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the company's industry.· Moderate online communities and forums,ensuring a positive and respectful environment.· Run social media contests, giveaways, andother interactive campaigns to increase engagement and grow the company'saudience.· Identify and engage with brand advocates andloyal customers.· Track and analyze social media data tomeasure the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.· Generate regular reports on social mediaactivity, including engagement rates, reach, and website traffic.· Use data to optimize social media strategiesand tactics, ensuring maximum ROI.· Monitor social media sentiment and identifypotential issues or crises.· Develop and manage social media advertisingcampaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing goals.· Monitor and optimize ad performance,adjusting bids and targeting as needed.· Stay up -to -date with the latest social mediaadvertising trends and technologies.· Manage the social media advertising budget,ensuring efficient allocation of resources.· Ensure all social media activity isconsistent with the company's brand guidelines and values.· Monitor social media for mentions of thecompany and respond to negative comments or reviews in a professional andtimely manner.· Develop and implement crisis communicationplans to address potential social media crises.· Protect the company's online reputation andensure brand integrity.· Collaborate with other departments, such asmarketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts arealigned with overall business goals.· Communicate social media insights andrecommendations to key stakeholders.· Participate in industry events andconferences to network with other social media professionals and stayup -to -date on the latest trends. RequirementsRequirements:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Communications, or a related field.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in socialmedia management, preferably in a Nigerian context.· Strong understanding of social mediaplatforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, andYouTube.· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences.· Proficiency in social media management tools,such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.· Experience with social media advertisingplatforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.· Strong analytical skills, with the ability totrack and interpret social media data.· Knowledge of Nigerian social trends.· Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.
