Student Recruitment Manager
to lead our recruitment, marketing, and partnership activities.

About the Role

As our
Student Recruitment Manager
, you'll play a central role in expanding our network of international students and university partners. You'll manage student applications, oversee marketing campaigns, and act as the key liaison between students and universities to ensure smooth admissions and successful placements. This role is a Hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit international students for partner universities.
  • Manage and process student applications from enquiry to admission.
  • Act as the main point of contact between students, universities, and internal teams.
  • Lead marketing and outreach efforts to promote study abroad opportunities.
  • Build and maintain university and institutional partnerships.
  • Seek and secure new university contracts and collaborations.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations and contribute to overall growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in student recruitment, education consulting, or international admissions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with UK, Canada, or other international university admission systems.
  • Marketing or business management experience is a plus.
  • Efficient in the use of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, CRM system
  • Skilled in the use of graphic design tools such as Canva, etc.

What We Offer

  • Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Monthly pay of
    ₦170,000
    (inclusive of a
    ₦10,000 internet allowance
    ).
