Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Partner Acquisition Manager to spearhead the rapid expansion of our Pastry Business unit. This role focuses on building a robust network of retailers, wholesalers, and vendors to distribute our products across Lagos and beyond. The successful candidate will be a hunter, negotiator, and relationship builder responsible for securing new B2B accounts and driving partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner Acquisition (The Hunt): Proactively identify, negotiate with, and successfully

onboard high-volume retailers, wholesalers, and vendors to become official pastry

partners.

  1. Account Management & Retention: Serve as the primary contact for acquired

partners, monitor their performance, measure their satisfaction, and ensure long-

term, profitable relationships.

  1. Channel Expansion: Design and execute a partner referral program to incentivize

existing partners to sign up new distribution points, rapidly scaling our network.

  1. Sales & Coordination: Collaborate with the Production/Central Kitchen team to

ensure consistent supply and high-quality standards are maintained for all partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B Sales, Channel Development, or Partner Acquisition, preferably within the FMCG or QSR supply chain.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building large client networks from scratch.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.
