Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating business strategies, and promoting company products and services. The role also involves analyzing market trends, managing sales targets, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Research, and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience in Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
- Knowledge of Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in real estate, property development, or a related industry is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and dynamic environment
