Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for marketing financial products, sourcing new clients, managing deposits, and loans.
  • Ensuring timely loan recovery and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of, NCE in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and reporting ability
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
