Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters.
Maintaining positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, handling grievances, and conducting employee exit interviews.
Implementing performance management processes and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Administering employee benefits programs.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintaining payroll records.
Maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and managing office equipment.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and admin functions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data and HR records.
Job Requirements
HND/BSC in Human Resources or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management, critical thinking and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
