About the Role

We're seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our client engagement and deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the real estate journey.

The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of the real estate market, can build long-term relationships, and is driven by a passion for client satisfaction and sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of inquiries.

Manage and maintain the company's CRM software, updating client data, tracking interactions, and generating accurate reports.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent customer experiences.

Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase repeat business and referrals.

Conduct follow-ups on leads, prospects, and closed deals to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.

Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Support digital initiatives, including automated communications, CRM analytics, and reporting tools, to enhance operational efficiency.

Represent Ol'clare professionally at client meetings, open houses, and industry events.


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the real estate sector.

Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital customer engagement tools and data analytics.

High level of professionalism, empathy, and client-oriented approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and target-driven environment.


Preferred Skills

Experience with real estate CRM software or property management systems.

Understanding of real estate processes — including sales, leasing, documentation, and client onboarding.

Strong presentation, reporting, and analytical abilities.

Familiarity with digital marketing and automation tools.
