Job Position: Hotel / Property Manager

Job Location: Ojodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency.
  • Act as the central liaison between guests, staff, and ownership, ensuring smooth service delivery and a welcoming environment aligned with The Estoria's values of "comfort without compromise".

Core Responsibilities

Staff & Operations Management:

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff across reception, housekeeping, gymnasium, open-spaces, guest services and external sub contracted services.
  • Oversee accommodation, cleaning, and all operations.
  • Verify housekeeping and maintenance standards are consistently met.

Guest Experience & Communication:

  • Greet guests, resolve complaints, and elevate hospitality standards.
  • Coordinate bookings, manage guest communications, and ensure rooms meet inspection standards prior to arrival.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Promote the property and its services to attract new guests and business.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and partners.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and maintain financial records.

Property Maintenance & Safety:

  • Supervise building upkeep, renovations, and furnishings.
  • Ensure security systems and fire safety measures are fully operational.

Compliance & Vendor Coordination:

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance, inventory, and specialized services.

Emergency Response & Protection:

  • Certified in first aid and CPR, and provide first aid or CPR when needed (preferred).
  • Respond to medical emergencies, fires, and evacuations; liaise with emergency services.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-7 years of work experience.

Salary

N150,000 - N250,000 monthly
