Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
  • Assist in menu planning and development of continental and international dishes
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine
  • Culinary certification or equivalent professional training
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
