Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will help supervise cooks, maintain food quality, and ensure high culinary standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and service coordination.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent meal production.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all kitchen stations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock rotation, and report shortages.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain food quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen operational standards.
  • Report maintenance issues and oversee proper use of kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

  • OND in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef or senior cook.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent culinary knowledge.
  • Good organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Must be a resident of Abuja.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦ ₦250.00 per month
