About the Role
OnIt is a fast-growing home-services technology company connecting households and businesses to vetted, reliable and skilled artisans and service providers.
We are hiring Sales Associates Interns who are not only great at following up with leads but can also generate their own leads through direct outreach, referrals, and field engagement. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals who love to sell, build relationships, and hit measurable targets. If you're persuasive, organized, and driven by results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads daily through personal outreach, cold calling, estate canvassing, and referrals.
Follow up on digital leads from ads, WhatsApp, and inquiries to convert them into paying customers.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and update all interactions in the CRM sheet.
Manage customer relationships and promote repeat purchases.
Upsell and cross-sell multiple OnIt services to new and existing users.
Work with the Marketing and Field Teams to execute local activation campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets, and provide daily reports.
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in sales, telemarketing, or direct marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasive, confident, and results-oriented personality.
Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
Basic proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Compensation
Base Salary: ₦70,000
Commissions and performance bonus
