Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and personal support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management. The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring all engagements are well-planned and executed. The PA will also support office coordination, maintain confidential records, and act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

In addition, the role involves handling personal errands such as coordinating personal appointments, managing shopping or deliveries, overseeing household or vendor-related tasks, and ensuring the MD's personal activities are efficiently organized.

Candidates must have at least 4-6years P.A experience, should have strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior experience supporting senior executives is an added advantage.
