JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT/Admin Support professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and managing administrative tasks critical to day-to-day office functionality.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses a good blend of tech-savviness and administrative discipline.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

IT Support

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Support routine maintenance of servers, backups, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and data protection practices.
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers for escalated IT issues or procurement needs.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office inventory, including IT equipment, stationery, and supplies.
  • Oversee equipment issuance, maintenance, and asset tagging/documentation.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely renewal of service contracts (internet, software licenses, etc).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up/clearing IT access and office tools. Coordinate logistics for meetings, training, or facility-related services as required.
  • Track IT/Admin expenses and prepare periodic reports for management.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and office administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
