Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Support Officer located in Lagos Mainland. The Admin Support Officer will handle a variety of administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining records, managing expatriate operations, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative tasks effectively
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in document preparation and record management
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
- Experience working in administrative or similar support roles is preferred
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Problem-solving ability and skills in prioritizing workload efficiently
