RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The role focuses on supporting business growth in the oil and gas sector by planning and executing network and IT strategies. The candidate will study market trends, customer needs, and competitors to find new opportunities and help achieve the company's goals.
  • They must be able to understand the challenges and technology needs of oil and gas customers, then provide suitable IT and network solutions that solve problems, improve efficiency, and encourage customers to choose the company's products and services.
  • The candidate should also be able to design effective network and IT solutions, including storage, HCI, and server systems, and give technical advice that helps customers improve their operations.
  • Building strong relationships with customers is an important part of the job. The person in this role should be able to work closely with key decision-makers and technical teams in the oil and gas industry, maintain good communication, and handle any issues that may arise.
  • They will also follow up on customer projects from start to finish, making sure sales, revenue, and performance goals are achieved. In addition, the candidate will help promote the company's products and solutions through marketing activities and presentations, increase brand awareness, and explore new business opportunities in the oil and gas market.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to understand what oil and gas customers need and create the right IT and network solutions for them.
  • Can clearly explain how the company's products and solutions will help the customer's business.
  • Can plan and carry out projects from start to finish to make sure they are successful.
  • Communicates well, listens carefully, and always puts the customer first.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has HCIP/CCNP or a higher-level certification.
  • Understands modern network systems like SD-WAN and DNA.
  • Has at least five years of pre-sales experience and has worked on five or more big projects worth over US$1 million.
  • Knows how to use IT and storage technologies, especially those used in the oil and gas industry.
  • Understands how the oil and gas industry works and how technology helps make operations better.
  • Works well with others, communicates clearly, and helps teams and clients work together smoothly.
