Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, for the position of Head of People and Culture. The individual in this role will oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including developing and implementing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and best practices
  • Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law to ensure organizational compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and practices
  • Proven skills in Employee Relations, fostering engagement, and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in renewable energy or sustainable industries is an advantage
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and an ability to work effectively in diverse environments
