Career and Business Adviser Full-time Internship Pre-NYSC or NYSPiston & Fusion | Business AcademyConsulting & StrategyLagos Full TimeConfidentialMinimum Qualification :Job Description/RequirementsThe Career and Business Adviser counsels and supports prospective students regarding our programs and how they can grow.Type: Full-time Internship (Pre-NYSC or NYSC)Location: LagosDuration: 6 MonthsJob DescriptionConduct individual assessments: communicate with prospective students to assess their skills, interests, values, and goals.Provide career guidance: Assist prospective students in exploring various career paths, identifying potential job opportunities, and understanding the requirements and qualifications of different occupations.Develop action plans: Collaborate with clients to create customised action plans that outline short-term and long-term career objectives, including steps for acquiring necessary skills, education, or experience.Deliver information resources: Equip prospective students with up-to-date information, including course brochures, programme schedules, and other resources relevant to their career goals.Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging trends, labour market conditions, and changes in various industries to provide accurate and relevant career guidance.Enrol prospective students: Use several closing techniques to enrol students for the firm's programmesRole requirementsDegree (B.Sc. or HND) in Guidance and Counselling, Sociology, Social Sciences, Education or any related field.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office (word, excel, Powerpoint)Reporting skills, deadline-oriented, time managementReasoning ability and logical thinking skillsGood negotiation and problem-solving skills.Able to multitask and prioritiseCandidates must reside within Ikeja and its environs.Pre-NYSC or NYSCAdditional InformationWork Type: On-siteSalary Range: ₦60,000Application closes on the 25th of October, 2025.
