At Wells Accounting and Tax Services, we create and implement well-tailored accounting solutions that suit the unique needs of your business.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Human Resources Intern (NYSC)Location: Surulere, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time (NYSC Placement)About The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and proactive NYSC Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at Wells Accounting and Tax Services.This internship offers an excellent opportunity for corps members to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, build essential professional skills, and learn how HR operations work in a structured business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.Help maintain employee records and HR databases.Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and other correspondence.Participate in HR compliance and audit activities.Provide administrative support in organizing trainings, staff welfare activities, and HR meetings.Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.RequirementsCurrently serving in the NYSC program and seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.What We OfferSalary: N70,000 Monthly.Opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a structured consulting environment.Mentorship and professional development.Monthly stipend.Exposure to diverse HR and administrative functions.Application Closing Date25th October, 2025.Don't Keep Kindly Share:
