Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for one more Digital Marketing Intern to complete our growing team: a motivated intern who understands
Cost Per Action (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Click (CPC), and Cost Per Mille (CPM)
campaigns, and who can think beyond numbers to see how data shapes real business growth.

This Digital Marketing intern role focuses on
prospecting, lead generation, and sales
, with a pathway to becoming a
Project Executive
. You'll help manage and optimize campaigns that attract founders, startups, and business owners, while learning how analytics guide product decisions and market strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage lead lists for outreach and campaign testing
  • Track and report on CPA, CPL, CPM, and CPC performance
  • Assist in building funnels that move leads from awareness to conversion
  • Support dashboard and analytics setup for live projects
  • Collaborate with the admin and sales team on demos, onboarding, and upgrades
  • Apply product management thinking: using metrics to identify opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For

  • A student or fresh graduate (age 16–27) who wants real-world experience in growth and analytics
  • Someone proactive, detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn.
  • The preferred candidate must have a can-do attitude.
  • Must be willing to fail and learn very fast, why things did not work as expected
  • The ability to use your own initiative when faced with a problem is a big plus
  • Basic understanding of product analytics or interest in learning and teaching it fast
  • Comfortable with outreach, communication, and simple reporting tools
  • Ambitious enough to grow from intern to project executive within months
