Digital Marketing Intern (Performance-Based)

Location: 100% Remote (Worldwide)

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: Commission-based — earn up to 20% on every successful conversion.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build hands-on experience in digital marketing while earning performance-based rewards.

You'll help us attract and convert clients through digital campaigns, ads, and email marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  2. Research and generate SEO keywords for content writers.
  3. Design flyers and video content, and run ads on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  4. Perform web scraping to collect leads and send bulk emails to potential clients.

Qualifications

  1. Experience using video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
  2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva).
  3. Ability to create and manage social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  4. Knowledge of Google Ads and campaign setup.
  5. Skilled at lead generation and email outreach.
  6. Strong understanding of digital marketing and conversions.
