As we enter this phase, we are seeking a driven Digital Marketer who can accelerate our visibility, attract early users, and support our brand-building efforts.

Role Overview

The
Digital Marketing Intern
will play a key role in InvoiSmart's early-stage growth.

This is a

Your first 30 days will function as a
performance period
focused on:

• Driving awareness
• Growing our social presence
• Attracting businesses to join the

Candidates who deliver strong, measurable results will be considered for a

Key Responsibilities
Waitlist Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify small businesses, freelancers, agencies, and service providers who need simplified invoicing and payment tools
• Conduct outreach (DMs, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) to introduce InvoiSmart
• Drive qualified users into our
  MVP Waitlist
• Track and document each lead for onboarding

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop creative, informative content highlighting InvoiSmart's value
• Build and execute social media growth strategies across relevant platforms
• Maintain consistent posting, engagement, and brand storytelling
• Monitor trends to position InvoiSmart competitively in the fintech space

Brand Visibility & Market Research

• Analyze competitors and identify gaps in the market
• Generate ideas for campaigns, micro-ads, and user education materials
• Collaborate directly with the founders to refine messaging

Weekly Reporting

• Provide weekly breakdowns of outreach, leads, engagement, and growth
• Share insights and strategic recommendations
• Demonstrate clear progress toward waitlist and visibility targets

Requirements

• Strong communication (written + verbal)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social growth principles
• Ability to create simple but engaging marketing content
• Proactive, self-driven, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Interest in SaaS, fintech, or early-stage startups is a major advantage
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role
