We're expanding our team and looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on results, understands the power of follow-up, and knows how to turn prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email lists, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads daily and update CRM records accurately.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
- Craft and send personalized messages, cold emails, and calls to engage prospects.
- Follow up consistently — until a prospect buys, blocks, or clearly declines.
- Maintain a strong, professional presence in all communications.
3. Presentations & Client Meetings
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring or service needs.
- Present Betternship's solutions confidently and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Prepare and send proposals to prospective clients.
4. Closing & Revenue Generation
- Negotiate pricing and terms with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Share insights from client conversations to help refine campaigns.
- Maintain accurate reports on pipeline status, meetings, and deals closed.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to persuade and communicate value effectively.
- Strong intuition and ability to read people and situations.
- Consistent, persistent, and committed to following up until a decision is made.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic — the right mindset to grow with the company.
- Comfortable responding to client messages on weekends when necessary.
- Familiarity with using Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google) is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred).
