Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Admin/Fleet Manager, located in Lekki, Lagos. The Admin/Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks including office management, record keeping, and communications. The role also involves overseeing fleet operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance with safety regulations. Coordination and support for other departments and staff, as well as handling procurement and logistics, will also be part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills including office management and record keeping
  • Experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and scheduling
  • Proficient in communication and coordination tasks
  • Ability to handle procurement and logistics efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
