The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing Aiso's content strategy across all social media platforms. This includes coming into the studio to capture photo and video content, engaging our online audience, and implementing campaigns that boost visibility, bookings, and brand awareness.

  • Plan and post high-quality content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Visit the studio regularly to capture real-time photos and videos of clients, staff, and services.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas that align with Aiso's goals.
  • Write clear, engaging captions that reflect Aiso's minimal and luxurious tone.
  • Track analytics and recommend strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and beauty industry updates.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media for a brand (preferably beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
  • Skilled in content creation (photo, video, Reels, TikToks).
  • Good eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Proficient with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or InShot.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Reliable and proactive with creative ideas.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with paid social ads or influencer collaborations.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Understanding of marketing and content strategy.
