Role Overview

The Digital & Growth Specialist will be responsible for building and executing digital growth strategies that
translate creativity into measurable revenue
. This role requires a rare blend of
business acumen, digital intelligence, artistic sensibility, and entrepreneurial drive
. You will own our digital growth agenda across channels, platforms, and campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital growth strategies that directly impact
    sales, revenue, and brand equity
  • Translate marketing initiatives into
    clear financial outcomes
    (conversion, customer acquisition, lifetime value)
  • Drive end-to-end digital campaigns across social media, e-commerce, email, influencer partnerships, and paid media
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to ensure
    brand storytelling aligns with growth objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams (online drops, collaborations, pop-ups, global reach)
  • Monitor and optimise digital performance using data, insights, and customer behaviour trends
  • Manage content calendars, campaign rollouts, and product launches with commercial precision
  • Build and test growth experiments (A/B testing, funnels, pricing, promotions)
  • Stay ahead of fashion, digital, and consumer trends — locally and globally

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years' experience in digital growth, marketing, e-commerce, or brand strategy (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving
    measurable growth and revenue through digital channels
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or creative industries is a strong advantage
