Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused
Product Manager

to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our core digital platforms. This role is ideal for a product professional who excels at understanding customer needs, defining clear product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in a high-growth healthcare technology environment.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Development teams to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring our digital offerings maximize user value, business performance, and market fit. Your work will directly shape the user experience and commercial success of our healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core OneHealth product line (e.g., PillFinda marketplace or PillMova logistics).
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and needs.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Clearly articulate product goals and success metrics to all stakeholders.

2. Product Execution & Delivery

• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the agile development process, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage the product backlog, run sprint planning sessions, and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Coordinate product launches, including communication, training, and operational readiness.

3. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product features and user flows.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor performance, derive actionable insights, and inform future product iterations.
• Present product performance and progress to the leadership team.

4. Stakeholder & User Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions for your area.
• Gather feedback from users, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure strong alignment between product development, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology or e-commerce company, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-moving, data-driven, tech-enabled environment.
