Role Overview

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance while promoting innovation and creativity throughout. You will ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability are maintained. In this key leadership role, you will shape the guest experience, mentor and develop staff, and drive the hotel's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments.


• Maintain exceptional service quality and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.


• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to foster a culture of excellence.


• Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve financial performance targets.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel, increase occupancy, and enhance revenue.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills


• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of five (5) years proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.


• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.


• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.


• Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service.


• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
