Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across projects and business operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Manufacturing environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business performance.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support project planning, procurement, and operational strategies.

  • Collaborate with project teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management.

  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

  • Assist in developing predictive models and statistical analysis to forecast performance.

  • Stay updated with data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years' proven experience as a Data Analyst in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
