We are building a community-driven platform and need high-energy ambassadors who can onboard sellers and riders fast across both digital channels and physical markets.
Job Description
The Growth & Onboarding Ambassador is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and activating new sellers and riders. This is a performance-focused role where your earning potential is directly tied to the users you bring onboard and the sales/earnings they generate on BrickPine.
Onboarding will occur through:
- Facebook Marketplace
- TikTok
- Online communities
- Physical market/store outreach
- In-person rider engagement
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition & Outreach (Online + Physical)
- Engage sellers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, and online groups
- Conduct physical outreach in markets, stores, plazas, and business clusters
- Approach dispatch riders, logistics hubs, and motorcycle associations to onboard early riders
- Present BrickPine's offerings clearly, including free seller store setup and rider earning advantages
- Drive user signups using QR codes, Google forms, and direct app links
Onboarding & Activation (Sellers + Riders)
- Assist sellers in setting up stores: products, pricing, store profile, categories
- Guide sellers through KYC verification (ID, business details, etc.)
- Guide riders through KYC, verification, and training steps
- Ensure both sellers and riders complete account activation
- Add onboarded users to the appropriate WhatsApp communities
- Follow up regularly to convert signups into active users
Community Engagement
- Participate actively in seller and rider WhatsApp groups
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive tone
- Share onboarding materials, flyers, promotions, and platform updates
- Help build strong trust with early adopters
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain daily reports on sellers and riders onboarded
- Track activation rates and commission-linked conversions
- Share common pain points and suggestions with the Growth team
- Hit weekly onboarding and activation targets
Commission Model
The commission system is designed to create very high earning potential:
You earn from:
- Seller sales volume (a percentage of the seller's earnings)
- Rider trips & earnings (a percentage based on rider activity)
- Onboarding bonuses (per activated seller/rider)
- Activation milestones (weekly & monthly rewards)
Top performers can realistically earn 20–30 times their base salary every month through commissions.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
- 1 year experience in sales, customer onboarding, marketing, community engagement, or field activation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and general digital channels
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple conversations
- Must be based in Nigeria with good smartphone + internet access
Nice to Have
- Experience onboarding vendors, sellers, or drivers/riders
- Ability to physically acquire new users in markets, stores, malls, plazas, and business clusters
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace startups
- Experience growing online communities or managing online sales
