Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering engaging verbal communication lessons to students
  • Helping students improve their speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilitation, training, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage group dynamics and facilitate inclusive discussions.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to remain neutral and impartial during discussions.
  • Proficiency in using facilitation tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in facilitation or communication (e.g., Certified Professional Facilitator) are a plus.
