TranzyPay is a fast-growing global payments and FX company providing secure cross-border payment solutions to individuals and businesses. We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a Treasury Sales Executive to drive sustainable growth, unlock new markets, and lead strategic customer acquisition. Role Overview

The Treasury Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, winning new business, and building sustainable commercial partnerships for TranzyPay. The role focuses on acquiring clients, expanding institutional and channel relationships, strengthening market presence, and ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and TranzyPay's product strategy.

You will play a central role in shaping our growth trajectory across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple sectors.
  • Lead customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to increase transaction volume.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close partnerships with institutions, agents, and channel partners.
  • Represent TranzyPay at client meetings, events, industry forums, and commercial negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and support product–market alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all applicable regulatory standards in all business development activities.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (preferably in fintech, payments, FX, or banking).
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittances, FX, or digital financial services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

This is a
commission-only
role with no base salary.

  • Attractive commission percentages on all successful sales and closed deals.
  • High, uncapped earning potential based entirely on performance.
  • Additional incentives may apply for surpassing specific revenue milestones.
