We are seeking a dedicated and detail -oriented Associate Student Success Advisor to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students throughout their entire study abroad journey, from initial inquiry to arrival at their international destination. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast -paced environment while managing multiple student cases simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students through the entire study abroad process from application to arrivalProcess applications to educational institutions with accuracy and attention to detailProvide comprehensive visa application support and documentation guidanceCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for studentsConduct pre -departure orientation sessions to prepare students for life abroadRespond promptly to student inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and emailTrack student progress and maintain detailed records in our CRM systemCollaborate with other teams to resolve student issues and ensure smooth experiencesCollect and provide feedback for continuous improvement of student servicesRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in international relations, education, business, or related fieldStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office and social media platformsCustomer service orientation with empathetic approach to student concernsCultural sensitivity and global awarenessExperience in education, customer support, or international services (preferred)Knowledge of international study destinations and visa processes (preferred)What We're Looking ForPatient communicator who can explain complex processes clearlyDetail -oriented professional who ensures accurate documentationResponsive team member who prioritizes student needsAdaptable problem -solver who can address unexpected challengesEnthusiastic advocate for international education opportunitiesBenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryProfessional development opportunitiesDynamic, purpose -driven work environmentDirect impact on students' educational journeysExposure to international education systems
