In your role as a Partner Success Associate, here are some things you can expect and some things we expect of you.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be responsible for operational excellence of our network of partners throughout the city.
  • Perform onboarding and activations for partners joining Glovo.
  • Perform field inspections and visits to stores to gather feedback, support on operational inquiries and restocking operations.
  • Be an expert on our Partner Application, and help stores understand it to perfection.
  • Perform field surveys and gather intelligence.
  • Communicate new promos, features and information with our partner stores.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance of assigned partners.
  • Be Glovo's brand ambassador to our partners.
  • Receive constant training and knowledge to grow your career in Food operations management and marketing.
  • Use top CRMs systems to track day-to-day operations

You'll succeed in this role if you:

  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in MS Office, G-docs and call center equipment/software programs
  • raise the bar of the team and deliver results in a timely manner
  • excellent problem-solving ability
  • a positive and patient disposition

Compensation and benefits

NGN100,000 net monthly salary

*Please note that this role is 50% remote computer time (you are required to come to an office twice a week), and 50% partner in-person follow-ups (you'll be required to visit partners in their offices both on the Island and on the Mainland of Lagos).
