Responsibilities

  1. Assist in monitoring and operating electrical equipment such as motors, panels, wiring, and lighting.

  2. Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems as directed.

  3. Identify and report any electrical faults or abnormal conditions promptly to the supervisor or senior engineer.

  4. Support corrective maintenance work by preparing tools and materials.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in electrical rooms and equipment areas.

  6. Follow safety procedures and use PPE during all work activities.

  7. Maintain daily logbooks with assistance and get supervisor's signature.

  8. Assist senior engineers in installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

  9. Return unused or defective spare parts to stores as per instructions.

  10. Respond to emergency calls under guidance.
