We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer with expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering to join our food manufacturing team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment promptly to reduce production interruptions.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards.
  • Recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
