Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. The role involves developing and executing marketing and PR strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and creating campaigns to boost the company's presence. Responsibilities also include coordinating with sales teams and ensuring effective communications to support brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and represent the brand
  • Proficiency in Market Research and ability to analyze trends to guide marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Sales principles to promote business growth
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
