Heels & Tech is seeking
experienced Facilitators
to deliver hands-on digital skills courses for grassroots entrepreneurs across Nigeria. We are hiring
five facilitators – one for each of the specialised training tracks
. Applicants should indicate the track they are most experienced in when applying.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience facilitating courses in your area of expertise (digital skills, business growth, AI, automation, or remote work productivity)
  • Strong profile with previous successful training programs and measurable impact
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences, including MSME owners like barbers, hairstylists, virtual assistants, and more
  • Excellent communication, engagement, and feedback skills
  • Passion for grassroots development and empowering entrepreneurs to scale their businesses using technology

Training Tracks – Facilitator Roles:

  1. Design & Digital Transformation for Business
    – Build online presence, drive engagement, and increase sales
  2. Leveraging Data for Business Growth
    – Help entrepreneurs use business data to track performance and make informed decisions
  3. AI & Automation for Business Operations
    – Streamline tasks, boost efficiency, and improve customer experience
  4. Remote Work Productivity
    – Equip participants with tools for virtual collaboration and project delivery
  5. Foundational & Advanced Learning
    – Reinforce practical digital skills and ensure all participants have a strong learning baseline
