We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Brand & Operations Manager role.

This position is perfect for a dynamic, social media-savvy individual who can build

partnerships, manage brand presence, and oversee operations. If you're great at

negotiating deals, managing relationships, and growing brands online, we'd love to

Work mode: Hybrid (Ikoyi)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Full-time)

Must-Have Requirements

  • Entry to a year of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills: Ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Canva & Capcut)
  • Ability to manage partnerships & execute marketing campaigns.
  • Creative mindset: Can develop engaging content and activations to boost brand awareness.
  • Proactive & results-driven: takes initiative and delivers measurable results.
  • Event coordination experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility.
  • Brand Growth & Engagement: Build an online community, respond to inquiries, and implement strategies to drive brand awareness.
  • Partnerships & Negotiation: Identify and secure brand collaborations, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Event & Operations Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand-related events and activations.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and influencers to support brand growth.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve brand strategy.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and find ways to improve workflow efficiency.
