Job Summary
The virtual assistant will be responsible for providing administrative, organisational, and communication support remotely to the CEO. This role involves handling emails, scheduling meetings, managing files, conducting research, and other tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain and organise digital files and records.
- Transcribe meetings and create summaries when required.
- Respond to emails, messages, and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with client follow-ups and scheduling.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a virtual assistant or similar role.
- Experience working remotely and managing virtual tasks is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- Excellent math and computational ability.
- Ability to apply strategic thought processes to complex challenges and to develop innovative, yet practical, solutions.
- Advanced competency in oral and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a professional work environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
Work Environment
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours, depending on employer needs.
- Requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Pay: From ₦200,000.00 per month
