Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Insurance Sales Representative based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role involves actively engaging with clients to provide customized insurance solutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, promoting insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and processing insurance sales efficiently. Collaborative teamwork and a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience are essential to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage concepts
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
