Role Summary

We are seeking skilled Civil 3D Operators / Technicians to support our engineering team in preparing high-quality drawings, models, and design documentation. This role requires strong technical drafting abilities and hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D. Formal academic qualifications are not required; competence and proven skill are the primary criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, alignments, surfaces, and plan–profile sheets using Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Support engineers throughout the design and documentation process.
  • Ensure all drafting outputs follow established engineering and CAD standards.
  • Maintain well-organized drawing files and contribute to timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other team members to resolve design and drafting issues.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (portfolio or sample work required).
  • Strong understanding of engineering drafting standards.
  • Ability to produce accurate drawings, surfaces, alignments, and sheet layouts.
  • Ability to work both independently and within collaborative technical teams.
  • In-person staff would have an advantage; remote work is possible after the initial probation period.
