Growth Executive

Develop and maintain corporate business accounts with a minimum volume of 200, million USD annually.Conduct monthly review meetings with corporate clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Identify and convert new corporate accounts (NCA) to achieve monthly sales targets.Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, track performance, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.Plan and execute daily tasks, including scheduling and attending business meetings with prospective and existing clients.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.Report on sales performance and pipeline progress to the management team regularly. RequirementsMust hold a degree from a recognized university.BBA or MBA is strongly preferred.Minimum of 4 -5 years of experience in a similar role within the travelindustry.Experience handling corporate accounts with substantial annual revenuevolumes.Experience working with travel agencies or airlines is stronglypreferred.Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and analyze client data.Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and corporatetravel needs.Familiarity with Lagos geography for efficient business planning andclient engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Results -driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Well -organized with the ability to plan and prioritize taskseffectively.Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
